Returns and refund policy
30-day returns If a toy isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period you are entitled to under EU law, and does not replace it.
How to return
- Email puddlewhy@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address. Please don't send items back before we confirm it, because our toys ship from several partner warehouses.
- Send the toy back unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the toy arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back.
Refunds Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. You'll get an email when it's processed.
Exceptions For hygiene reasons, opened consumables in chemistry and growing kits (powders, seeds, crystals) can't be returned unless faulty.
