About PuddleWhy

PuddleWhy is a little shop for big questions. Why is the sky blue? Where does rain go? What makes things fizz? We pick science toys that help children aged 2 to 10 find out for themselves, with their hands, away from screens.

Every toy is chosen for one real science idea, strong reviews from families, and play that lasts longer than the box. Pip, Peep, Mo, Ollie, Sprig and Nimbus are our guides: each age band has a friend who loves the kind of questions children ask at that age.

How we choose

• Real science inside. Each product page says what your child will actually learn.
• Honest ages. We use the manufacturer's age grade, never a younger one.
• Safety paperwork first. We only list toys whose makers provide safety test reports for the countries we ship to.
