Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Our toys ship directly from partner warehouses in the US. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Different toys can come from different warehouses, so a mixed order may arrive in two parcels. You never pay extra shipping for this.

Which age is right for my child?

Every toy shows the manufacturer's age grade. Toys marked 3+ can contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. If in doubt, shop by age from the home page or email us and we'll help you choose.

Are the toys safety tested?

Yes. We only sell toys whose makers provide a Children's Product Certificate showing third-party testing to the US toy safety standard (ASTM F963). Safety warnings are shown on each product page.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Add your message in the cart under "Add a gift note" and we'll pass it on with the order.

Can I return a toy?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our returns policy for how it works.

How do I pay?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see your card details.
